Having been established nearly 10 years, we have grown a strong reputation in the markets in which we operate and both our clients and candidates come back to us time and time again.
When Resourcing Group began, our focus was predominantly within public sector organisations. As the markets have diversified over the years, so too has our service offerings. More recently we have partnered organisations who work within the private sector too, hence now work with a range of both public and private sector clients across a number of markets, disciplines and levels for their recruitment and managed services solutions.
Resourcing Group incorporates the recently consolidated brands; Community Resourcing and Technical Resourcing; experts in housing, built environment and property recruitment. Resourcing Group now includes all our service offerings, including other markets that have been established over the years; Social Work, Charities and Third Sector, Housing and Executive Search. By placing staff across so many divisions, we are able to recruit for multiple departments for many organisations.
In March 2008 to aid further growth within Resourcing Group and ensure maximum opportunities for our candidates and clients, Resourcing Group was acquired by Hamilton Bradshaw Human Capital Ltd (HBHC). Run by recruitment experts and entrepreneurs, Resourcing Group benefits from working closely with James Caan, Chairman and Tristan Ramus.
Our Managed Services division, Revolution is dedicated to managing the supply of temporary and permanent staff, whilst helping to achieve a more efficient and streamlined recruitment process. Using our web based vendor/ supplier management tool, Revolution, clients are given better control over all aspects of their recruitment services. |
