An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join an established regional multi-disciplinary practice in Dorset. Working within the Building Consultancy division you will join a friendly, professional team and be provided with a good variety of work.

The primary duties will include carrying out RICS Survey Levels 2 & 3, Schedules of Condition and Schedules of Dilapidations, whilst also dealing with Party Wall matters. You will be required to prepare early costings for dilapidations, and build cost analysis.

The ideal candidate with have a BSc in Building Surveyor or equivalent, professional membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)is preferred but those currently working through APC will be considered. Experience across both residential and commercial buildings would be advantageous, as would Registered Valuer status.
