Resourcing Group CEO Jason Bowler and COO Melissa France, were featured in the Recruitment International article, Predictions for Recruitment 2012, which appeared in the January edition of the magazine. Their predictions for 2012 are:

Resourcing Group view the outlook for 2012 as remaining demanding due to the second year of Public Spending reviews, and the potential impact of the Eurozone crisis. They see the increasing market share, and strategic restructures, as the best way for recruitment firms to grow in the next 12-18 months.

Those firms operating in specialist sectors must have clear strategies and vision to grow their business through aggressive penetration of core markets combined with diversification into new areas in order to balance the risk. SME’s are having to work hard to grow out of the recession. There are still plenty of major Construction Projects fuelling our industry, and the FM & Maintenance sector remains consistent. Jason believes that 2012 will see the specialist recruitment firms grow and take market share from the bigger more generalist agencies.
