You will be responsible for supporting vulnerable clients with learning disabilities, managing a case load of 15- 25 service users within the Brentwood, Colchester, Havering community.

Experience required;

You will have a proven track record of supporting service users with learning disability support needs or other vulnerable client groups.
You will have strong experience of providing housing related support.
You will have a proven track record of conducting support plans and risk assessments in line with the Quality Assessment Framework.
You will possess excellent communication skills and have strong liaison skills.
You must a driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting those with learning disabilities, live locally to Essex and are looking for a long term stable contract.

The role
After a successful 12 months, our Genesis Way Programme is entering its second and final year that will see the completion of ten transformational projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised person to take up the role of Project Coordinator. Your role will involve you working to control multiple projects with a number of deadlines. You will engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure timelines are effectively communicated and enforced. You will also assist in producing reports and analysis of data. There is also a requirement for you to be able to perform PA duties when required for the project director.

Who we are looking for

You will have the talent, drive and enthusiasm to perform a key role on a high profile, complex programme, with strict timescale parameters. You will preferably have previously provided administrative support on a successful project of similar scale. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and capable of learning new information and skills quickly.

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively ensuring colleagues at all levels of the business fulfil their responsibilities within the programme, whilst be able to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity to colleagues within operational delivery. Your administration skills will need to be strong with the work you do possibly covering Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio and Project 2010.

My public sector client has recently set up a new team, who are required to go out to the business on set projects everyday and find out what the business needs are. As a people person, experienced Business Analyst, the main objectives of your role will be, as follows:
*To find out what are current processes and systems are?
*What the customers want from an IT perspective?
*Clarify what needs to be met and are they realistic needs?
*What are the solutions?
*How is it going to be delivered?
*What are the timescales?
*Finally, how do we close off each project?
Working within a new, growing team, you will do the requirements analysis and look at what solutions are available. The business use COTS products, therefore you will need to see how the systems can best be put too use. You will also be responsible for delivering projects whilst managing the costs evaluation of resources needed etc.

Experience and skills required are as follows:
*Extensive experience in leading and working in a business analyst function within a large and complex organisation
*Substantial experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement
*Experience of working with a wide range of technologies
*ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
*Experience of integrating a wide range of technology solutions
*Proven understanding of working with leading edge technologies
*Communication skills are key.
