Resourcing Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a niche reputable charity for an experienced Independent Domestic Violence Advocate to work in West London. CAADA qualification is desirable.

Our client provides woman centred services to vulnerable women fleeing Domestic and Sexual Violence in West London. Their values and principles are highly regarded across the sector.

* Working closely with victims of domestic and sexual violence in order to provide a high quality independent advocacy and support service
* Managing a caseload of 30 high risk victims
* Informing clients on the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety
* Carrying out CAADA DASH Assessments and advising on safety plans
* Assessing referrals, inducting clients to service and handling resettlement duties
* Making referrals to and attending MARAC and Child Protection conferences
* Carrying out joint working with GPs, Health Visitors, Schools, Solicitors, Counselling Services, Housing, the Police, Probation, Social Services and various Refuge Providers
* Attending Court and advocating on clients behalf and advising clients on all aspects of the criminal justice system
* Assisting clients with witness statements, advising on legal options and signposting to Legal Services
* Signposting client on to Housing, Benefit, Immigration and Legal services

Essential Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months
* Experienced as an IDVA

My client is a successful building contractor that has been established for over 30 years. They operate predominately in the South East, specifically in Kent & Essex, specialising in providing minor civils and ground works sub contracting to some of the major utilities contractors in the UK, as well as some for local authorities and schools and hospitals. They also do some principal contracting.

They have established themselves as a recognisably strong sub contractor, with an excellent reputation for reliable work, completed to an exceptionally high standard and within the given time restraints. The company works on projects up to £1M in value. Due to expansion, they now have a requirement for a Working Foreman to join their team at their large Isle of Grain site. This person is likely to be either a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.

- First Aid is a bonus

The role

We are looking to add a Sales Advisor to our growing team to manage leads and prospects efficiently with the principal aim of converting them into completed sales, transactions or lettings.

The role will require you to achieve annual target and to exceed business KPIs and deliver the overall business objective

You will be responsible in providing the highest standards of customer service at all stages throughout the programme

You will require flexibility to work across 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends).
