Our client requires both a mobile caretaker and a mobile grounds maintenance operative for their contract in South London. The role is in social housing for a leading housing association with properties all across the country, but this contract focusing on South London. You will be working from the company van and completing a schedule of works covering the various estates included in the job rota. The caretaker will be providing block cleaning and minor maintenance support to the communal areas; whilst the grounds maintenance operative will be cutting grass, clearing beddings, trimming bushes and keeping green areas tidy.

You will require a full EU driving licence for this role, with a maximum of 6 points and no disqualifications, as well as experience of driving a van in a busy city.
