Description

Resourcing Group have partnered with a Large scale Housing Association and Developer. They are currently looking to expand their Building Surveying team out of their Slough office.

Within this role you will be managing large scale projects, looking after building defects, manage all party wall matters, progress large insurance related projects, undertake details technical inspections, respond to dangerous structure notices. You will be working as Project Manager for large surveying related projects and project detailed project reports for submission to the Surveying manager when required.

You will also be working with a variety of business stakeholders and partners specifically, Local Authority Partners, Residents Groups, In-house and external legal team, neighbourhood committees, contractors, loss adjusters, consultants and engineers.

You will need to have had experience as a Building Surveying specifically within Housing Associations and Social Housing. You will have a range of specialist skills including project management and budgetary control. You will have experience of applying CDM 2015 principles to tenders and contracts as well as having an understanding of contract law and excellent knowledge of standard form contracts. You will also need to be able to driver.
