A rapidly growing maintenance provider is currently seeking an electrical biased Supervisor to lead a large maintenance team with one of their most prestigious contracts within one of their brand new sites in the West of London. There is hands on and hands off duties involved.
You will be working hand in hand with the technical services manager where you will be responsible for covering the planned and reactive maintenance to the building services equipment within the healthcare premesis. The duties will also encompass ensuring all SLA's are met, health and safety control, risk assessment, method statements, looking after sub-contractors working on site.
Candidates must have completed a City and Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent and ideally to have completed an apprenticeship though this is not essential. You should have some supervisory experience in a similar environment running large teams.
You will be issuing works that will include : BMS, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Steam Plant, Pumps, AHU's, Fan Coil Units, Chilled Water systems, Switchgear, Low and High Voltage, hot water systems, Air Conditioning systems etc.
