Description

An organisation based in London is currently looking for an Estates Compliance and Performance Manager on a permanent basis.

Estates compliance and governance is concerned with how Estates directs, efficiently manages and monitors its activities and the Estate condition, to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and ensure safety of patients, visitors and staff is not compromised.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing Trust wide Estates governance and compliance
reporting and managing ways to raise compliance, productivity and
efficiency
Leading & managing performance reporting of financial, procurement, and estates service delivery
Managing the Estates Business Team to increase support & productivity
Developing and presenting Estates business plans and on-going
performance reporting throughout the year
Provide close support to effectively manage risks associated with key & critical infrastructure and Estates services
Professionally accountable for accurate recording, assessment, monitoring and reporting of Estates compliance and performance
Representing Estates at Trust committee meetings and working closely with other Trust Managers to support wider Trust governance & compliance.

A successful candidate will have:

Professional knowledge acquired through relevant degree in built environment or business administration + specialist knowledge acquired through post-graduate courses of in-depth managerial, data analysis & reporting
Member of Professional Institution: Engineering, RICS, Quality Assurance or H&S Institution
Experience of staff & team development and performance management of staff
Experience of Health Service or other public service with large complex buildings
Experience of developing operating procedures, process mapping, maintenance service demand and capacity assessments and auditing techniques to drive continuous improvement
Successful track record of procuring services /tendering & using SFI's, contract & supplier management and performance reviews, negotiation
Experience of Risk management and compliance Systems
An excellent knowledge ERIC
Experience of using Premises Assurance Model (PAM)
Proven track record of developing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
