This not for profit housing organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Forensic Mental Health Support worker for the Wandsworth and Merton Area

The role is to support clients in the own supported living accommodation. By key working you will asses clients needs and signpost agencies to support clients with community engagement.
Duties will include
Housing benefit assistance
Community engagement
Tenancy sustainment
Implement and review are plans
Support with everyday living
