A leading Facilities Management provider are seeking a Sales Ledger Assistant to start ASAP at their office in Upminster, Essex.
The role is Monday - Friday, 40 hour week. Starting on a on-going temporary basis with potential to go permanent, the role will consist of the following:
Liaising internally and with external suppliers ensuring purchase orders, invoice are received and recorded accurately.
Pursuing sub-contractors / checking invoices ensuring they match
Assisting credit controllers
Provide Analysis and reporting on cost recovery ratios
Making recommendations for improvements where needed
Studying towards an accountancy accreditation
IT Skills - Intermediate Excel, SUN, INFOR
