Electrical Engineer

£36,000 - £39,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Training + Progression + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a brand new site in the heart of London that is going live in under a few weeks.

You will be working direct for one of the leading facilities companies in the country where you will be working Monday - Friday , 8-5. The service provider is very well known within the building services industry turning over 400M a year in just the UK alone, They hold contracts for various high profile sites and are continuing to win even more.

Your main duties will be to carry out reactive and remedial works, in accordance with set schedules and procedures that the company has in place to ensure that the company policies are followed.

You will be responding to call outs and breakdowns that occur on site associated with the electrical services of the contract as required. You may be required to undertake mechanical and fabric duties if the need arises, so competence with all building services equipment is a necessity.

Must have worked and be comfortable maintaining all of the following below:

  • Fault-Finding And Rectifying on Single & Three Phase Power
  • Emergency Lighting Testing
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS)
  • BMS (Building Management Systems)
  • FCU'S (Fan Coil Units)
  • AHU's (Air Handling Units)
  • Pumps and motors
  • Diesel Generators

Candidate Requirements:

  • 17th Edition
  • City & Guilds Electrical 2330/2360.
  • City & Guilds Electrical 2391 (Desirable)
