I am currently recruiting for a contracts administrator to work in 3 Grange Park Court, Roman Way, Grange Park, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN4 5EA, UK - England
I am looking for someone with strong excellent phone manner, communication skills, attention to detail and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The contract administrator will be responsible for all activity post contract award and the successful on-boarding of the customer with the new supplier
- Being the primary contact within Mitie Energy for site addition and meter registration queries; liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
- Ensuring relevant systems and databases are kept up to date with high quality and accurate information
- Ensuring strong relationships are created with all relevant stakeholders
Assisting the procurement team with ad-hoc support as and when required
The rate of pay for this role is £8.93 per hour PAYE.
Candidates must be able to start around the 29th April role length is till February 2020 pending performance of the temp worker.
Candidates with Strong Admin skill will be considered, must can hit the ground running.
