Support Worker Swindon
Ad- Hoc hours,

Nights Evening and Weekend Work
Mental Health , Drug and Alcohol Support

This Housing Charity supporting customers from a Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol and Rehabilitaiton background are recruiting for a strong support worker to work various available shifts within their supported living service.
You will be supporting customers with everyday living to include :

Housing Support

Drug and Alcohol support
Practical and emotional Support

Care plans

Clients may have come from a background of Drug and Alcohol and or Mental Health background.
Successful candidates will have some knowledge of Support Work and Rehab Servics and have worked with drug and alcohol missuse and mental health.

You must be available at short notice and be self motivated.
