Job description

A leading Housing Organisation is looking for a Tenancy Services Officer for 3 months based in Norwich to manage Community Safety related cases as defined by Orbit policy including allegations of AntiSocial Behaviour, Domestic Abuse, Hate Crime, Safeguarding and Tenancy Fraud.

Resolve cases swiftly by investigating, gathering evidence and using a variety of tools and powers, including preparing case files and Court documents and leading on obtaining injunctions and possession at Court without legal support.

Support complainants and witnesses to help Orbit as a landlord to tackle bad behaviour; also supporting perpetrators to change their behaviour as appropriate.

Nurture and manage strong professional relationships with partner agencies; including Local Authorities, Fire Service and the Police Service ensuring that Orbit always plays its role as a landlord.

Provide specialist advice and support to internal colleagues on all aspects of Community Safety.

Ensure that Orbit plays its part in ensuring that customers are safe and the reputation of the Group is protected.

Pay rate is £16.08 per hour PAYE or £21.24 Limited
