Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator Officer based in West London.

Location for this role is 292a Kensal Road,, London, London, W10 5BE, UK

This is a temporary assignment, looking for the candidate to be immediately available and the role, length is for 3 months.

Roles duties are below:

The postholder will have lead responsibility and accountability for the following:-

  • To organise and deliver all work on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • To ensure all work undertaken is compliant with Council policies and practice, and statutory requirements.
  • To consistently apply the Council's Human Resource Standards and Equality Standards. To promote equality of opportunity and collaborative working as appropriate across the Council.
  • To have an awareness and understanding of the procurement and organisational context and a commitment to the Council's organisational values and beliefs.
  • To have an awareness of the bigger picture including Council's Corporate Plan and Key Deliverables.
  • To communicate in a confident and authoritative manner that is in line with established policies and practices of the Council.

To assess own priorities on a day-to-day basis and set objectives and deadlines to meet those priorities
