Job description

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, customer focused support service that is promoting individual independence and choice. The appointed candidate would be responsible for the effective running of a sheltered housing scheme and would be liaising closely with Neighbourhood colleagues.

Core responsibilities of the role are: - Well-being checks with customers, follow ups and taking action as necessary - providing a tailored support to customers to enable contracts to be fulfilled, delivering services as appropriate to the local area. - Support 20-90 customers with individual needs in their own homes.

You will also need to review conditions of communal buildings and the facilities, carrying out checks on the safety and security as per procedures. Record all issues and risks and make sure they are actioned accordingly.
