Job description

I am recruiting an Admin Call Handler to start for a large maintenance company.

Area - Sittingbourne Role - Planner / Call Handler Contract Type - Temp-to-perm £8.50 Role information - * Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:300 with an hours lunch * On site parking * Responsible for the effective execution of all repairs, maintenance and major works * Working closely with the Senior Repairs Co-Ordinator for the efficient use of planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and minimise downtime. * To review works orders for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work and raised with the correct priority. * To prioritise, plan and schedule all repairs via a generated order. * Issue works orders to the operatives and follow the process to update on site texts received onto REACT. * Manage the 'On-Way' and 'On-Site' screens. * Prioritise emergency orders. * Be aware of targets including the live orders, KPI results and total jobs received/ completed each day. * Ensure that all available operatives are working at all times or escalate to the Repairs Co-Ordinator if unable to find a job. * Be proactive and optimise workforce productivity and minimise downtime of operatives * Manage the status of the work control through to completion, including Client liaison to co-ordinate and resolve issues as they arise. * Ensure that accurate and detailed job completion information is entered onto the system. * Liaise with area supervisors on any issues or if site visits need to be arranged. * Continually improve the planning and scheduling of works orders. * To build and promote good working relationships with your colleagues and the Client Adhere to policies and processes.

To be considered for this role you need to have relevant experience and be able to hit the ground running.

You must be able to start this date with no pre booked holiday.
