Job description

A leading housing regeneration business is looking for 2 x Resident Liaison Officers in the Hull area.

This role is to ensure regular and effective communication with residents and stakeholders on estate inspections whilst providing a consultative approach to residents prior to works and after works to their homes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Generate and distribute correspondence to residents prior to works commencing
  • Carry out individual resident inductions to include the RLO process, scope of works, personal and property belongings surveys
  • Agree access arrangements with the residents
  • Observe health and safety rules and report and risks

Applicants must have knowledge of social housing and it's different tenures and hold the following: - CSCS Card - Driving license and own car.

Uniform, PPE and IT equipment will be provided.

Pay rate is £11.36 per hour PAYE or 17.30 Limited (Mileage paid at 45p per mile)
