Working with a local Housing Association as a Support worker/independent living officer.
dealing with customers in dispersed housing and sheltered schemes

An ideal candidate would:
- Have good listening & communication Skills
- Patience, flexible approach to working, empathy and a sense of creativity
- Be a great team player
- Have an understanding of the challenges that homeless people and families may encounter
- Be able to motivate and inspire people to improve life skills and opportunities in line that reflect that persons aims and ambitions
