Job description

Our client, and NHS organisation in South London, is currently seeking an interim project manager with mechanical services experience for a period of 6-12 months.

The project manager will work predominantly on water management projects, including installation of new domestic hot water services, feasibility of legacy maintenance issues, new sewerage works and plant room upgrades.

Previous experience of delivering M&E projects in a live, operational hospital environment is essential, as is knowledge of large scale mechanical and water projects.

Projects will be largely delivered using ProCure22 framework, so delivery of projects using ProCure22 or similar NEC contracts would be highly desirable but not essential.
