Job description

Resourcing Group has been retained to manage the recruitment to a number of key Estates, Facilities & Capital Projects roles at Healthcare Support & Infrastructure Services (HSIS), a wholly owned NHS subsidiary company providing services to Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT).

The Data Analyst & Systems Officer will be responsible for the HSIS Estates & Facilities Computer aided facility (CAFM) and data management systems so will have a working knowledge of CAFM systems and data analysis tools and will be expected to have Estates and Facilities experience / qualifications.

The post holder will be expected to complete data analysis of information including where appropriate forecasting, trend analysis, and modelling recommending information reports and analysis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for management of the CAFM systems and the continuous development to improve services using an evidence data approach.
* Work closely with the Senior Finance & Transformation Manager, Deputy Property Services Director and the Trust to deliver national data submission in line with NHS standards including Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC), Premises Assurance Model (PAM), Model Hospital, CQC and other statutory and non-statutory bodies.
* Manage users and roles linked CAFM the master data, including the creation, updates and deletion as required
* Assist with ensuring projects are procured to the appropriate quality standards and support them to ensure the physical environment is conducive to patient care / recovery and staff wellbeing.
* Data collection and management relating to LSCFT properties.
* To use relevant software packages such as MICAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Cora and CAFAM systems to produce documents and reports as required.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

* Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent such as Prince 2 practitioner or Microsoft Project
* Knowledge of space efficiency theories / processes
* Knowledge of Health & Safety & Risk Management
* Basic Construction contract knowledge
* Ability to communicate effectively with professionals, colleagues and other stakeholders
* Experience of Microsoft Word, and Excel of equivalent
* Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, or equivalent
* Budgetary monitoring experience
* Previous experience of liaison with clinical and support services i.e. infection control, fire, risk, IM&T, Facilities IT etc.
