Job description

A leading Housing Association is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer who is experienced in anti-social behaviour case management. The role is based out of our Chelmsford office managing a patches in Uttlesford and Braintree until the end of March. The ideal candidate would have housing management experience (not supported housing or homelessness) in general needs tenancies and leasehold management from a local authority and/or housing association background.

Must be able to start ASAP and be a car driver and have access to a car. The job is paying £18.74 per hour PAYE or £23.80 Umbrella. You will be paid for mileage used from the office to your designated patch only. You will not be paid mileage from home to work and work to home.
