Job description

A leading housing organisation is looking for an Admin Assistant in Norwich, Norfolk to assist the tenancy review team in reviewing issuing and terminating fixed term tenancies by providing administrative support; ensuring services that are compliant and cost effective. They are also looking for someone with:

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines using own initiative
  • Excellent written and other communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Experience of successfully delivering good outcomes through partnership working
  • An ability to be flexible in approach in a busy and ever changing working environment
  • High levels of IT literacy
  • A flexible approach to working hours

The job is paying £9.34 per hour and you are paid on a weekly basis. Must be able to start asap
