Mobile Response Officer

36 hours

Barnet

£12.14 paye

£22.66 one off on call payment

Car Driver preferable .

Mobile response officers are required to support vulnerable adults and older people in registered and sheltered schemes.

This will require the successful candidate to be able to respond to calls and contact, with vulnerable adults and liaise with outside agencies where necessary to ensure the best possible service and outcome for the client.

You will be aware of the on call system and pull cords and be able to troubleshoot any issues

To identify and respond appropriately to the diverse needs of service users taking care to be sensitive around translation, physical or mental impairment and hearing loss.

To adhere to the procedures set out by each registered social landlord

To troubleshoot equipment faults remotely with service users, professionals and other emergency contacts keeping service user safety as the top priority in all decisions.
