Resourcing Group are working with a large social housing contractor who are in need of a reactive response supervisor on a full-time ongoing basis. This will be purely reactive works within properties, so ideally you need to hold experience within this area.

This role is a contract role and likely will be ongoing

Hourly rate of £17-19 per hour umbrella

You will be provided with a van and fuel card.

As discussed this role is with a large social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced supervisor to join their existing team. You will be managing operatives and supervising their work to ensure that the contracts are being completed to a good standard. You ensuring that the voids are completed to the right standard and liaising with the client.

This is an ongoing role and the contractor has a long-term contract with the client. It is based in the North London area and the contract is with a local housing association.
