Role:Repairs Scheduler
Based: Letchworth Garden City SG6
Salary: £12 - 14 ph PAYE
Start:Immediate
Length: 8 weeks / Possible Temp to Perm


Resourcing Group is currently recruiting for a temporary Repairs Coordinator's to work with a client based in Letchworth Garden City.

The working hours will be; 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm Friday's


Role Profile

The Repairs Planner is responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of all repairs and maintenance works on tenants properties using a variety of systems. You will work closely with the Call centre and Operations team to ensure works are carried out with minimum downtime and maximum productivity.


Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. It is essential to have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills (ideally within social housing) and previous experience of a target focused high volume telephone contact environment is desirable. You will also have experience in planning and scheduling of works, either in social housing or with a maintenance contractors.
