My client (Property Services) is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support the growth of their Direct Maintenance service.
In this role you will report directly to the HR Business Partner, you will work with the Direct Maintenance people managers to deliver the next phase of business growth.
You will need specialist and generalist experience with particular focus on the following accountabilities:
*Support the delivery of the recruitment and selection process across the business area, including volume recruitment of Operatives with a wide range of trades
*Lead the TUPE consultation process ensuring that legal obligations are fulfilled and that engagement is built from the outset
*Deliver robust and flexible resourcing plans to ensure that a full team is in place from day one
*Support the wider HR Team to achieve its objective in relation to the directorates' business plan and other related projects for which some project management experience would be an advantage
*Advise, support and coach people mangers in relation to employment law, recruitment, TUPE and performance management issues
*Produce and analyse management information particularly relating to project implementation
An important aspect of this role will be to deliver excellent customer service and to build effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also work with the HR Team to ensure that people capabilities are developed in order to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business. My client is looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to champion the service and the way it is delivered to our stakeholders.
Ideally you will be CIPD-qualified, and have experience in working as a HR Advisor in a multi-site, diverse operation at the level described. You will have experience of both TUPE transfer consultations and high volume recruitment.
Based partly in our Bexley offices, you will travel to other offices within the Group on a regular basis, particularly Stratford, to support our local teams in North East and North London. It is therefore essential that you are able to legally drive in the UK and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
