- Office Manager / Personal Assistant to Director - Property Services - SW London
My client is looking for an Office Manager to start ASAP on an on-going contract with the opportunity to go permanent.
Role paying: from £18-23 per hour PAYE D.O.E.
Start date: ASAP
You will need:
*Significant experience of providing executive support, managing diaries, meetings, documentation and information/research processes.
*Experience in a customer service delivery setting
*Working with IT systems and in particular with large databases and websites
*Service and Systems analysis
*Experience of procurement processes
*Experience of working with staff at all levels to embrace new services, technology and delivery of change
*Staff management experience including absence logging, organisation training and 121's
*Provide a first point of contact for all enquiries to the Director
*Managing relationships with third party vendors including contract negotiation
*Work with Facilities to prepare and manage the office budget
*Managing internal office moves / restructures
*Ensuring the office emergency plan and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
*Provide strong administration support for senior management team
*Assist with the organisation of internal and external events
*Scheduling of meetings and conference calls
*Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
