Pay Rate: £18.88 per hour (umbrella)

CBRE Managed Services Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join the team at UK Power Networks in Borehamwood. This temporary role offers a great opportunity to work in a professional facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs across the site

• Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times

• Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance issues

• Assist with general site upkeep to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role preferred

• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance tasks

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
