Dashboard:
The dashboard shows your key information: Current Booking, most recent pay date, applied history, the latest jobs for you to apply to and will alert you if you are not compliant
How do I change the amount of new jobs I receive in a day?
If you are in a post and no longer want to receive job notifications, swipe left on the button next to “Are you looking for a job?” If you do want to receive notifications, swipe right and use the drop down to select the number of push notifications you would like to receive per day, choosing between 1-30.
I have a message on the dashboard telling me I am not compliant. How can I fix this?
You can click on the top left of your screen and click on the 3 lines. Once you click on it, you will see the burger menu, which will show you additional pages such ‘My Compliance’. If you click on the ‘My Compliance’ button, you will see a list of all of your outstanding compliance documents. Please contact your consultant, who will help you get this sorted. This means your right to work, DBS, or certificates may have expired so we will need to see the updated version and add them to your file.
My Bookings:
Under this section on both the app and the desktop site, you will be able to view any jobs you are currently working in and any historical jobs you worked. You can also view timesheets related to each role.
I have viewed my timesheet and my pay is wrong. What should I do?
If you think you have been paid incorrectly, please go to the “My Recruiters” section of the app, that can be found using the burger icon on the dashboard in the top left corner. It will give you the option to contact someone in our agency. You may also use the “Chat” icon to chat with your consultant online.
Job Search:
You can view all of the current jobs we have on our system. You will be able to view all the details for each job and you can apply for them.
How do I search for jobs that are suitable for me?
Using the “Filters” button in the top right, you will be able to fill in any or all of the boxes with information suitable to narrow down the list of jobs you are able to see. Once you have filled in the boxes you would like, select “Apply Filter” to view to see your list. Scroll down to see the jobs in order of dated they were posted. Select “View to see more details” and “Apply” to let the consultant know you want to apply for the job”.
The Filter doesn’t work for me, how can I see the jobs closest to me?
When you are typing into the Postcode or Location box, make sure you select from the list that appears so that it registers where you want to view.
Personal Info:
It’s a good idea to keep your details up to date. This will ensure that we are always able to get in touch and keep you in the loop about the right jobs in the right areas. You can also send your CV to your consultant on this app.
How do I email my CV to my Consultant?
In the Personal Info section, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a button that says ‘Click here to email your CV to your consultant’. Once you click on this, an email box will appear with the consultants email address and an empty email. You can then compose your email and attached your CV to this and send this to your consultant.
Chat:
Under this section you will be able to have an online conversation with your agency. Select “Start chat with…” and type your message. A consultant will then pick up your message and respond to you.
I have finished my conversation with one consultant, but now I need to speak to another, do I have to start again?
No. Let the consultant you are chatting to know that you want to talk to someone else, and they will be able to transfer the conversation to that person if they are available.
I sent a message but I am not getting a response
A new conversation goes to everyone in the team, so don’t worry, your message will be picked up asap and someone will come back to you very soon.
Timesheet:
In the Timesheets section is where you will find any current timesheets you are due to be paid. Timesheets that are visible under the status “Unprocessed” have been received but not yet processed for payment by our finance team. Paid Timesheets will be all previous timesheets that money has been paid to you or your Limited/ Umbrella company. You can see the job details, the dates of the placement, your employment type, a few digits of the account the money was paid to and the date it was payrolled. By selecting the Filters button, you can search timesheets by Booking number, start date and end date.
How will I know if a Timesheet has been paid?
Once the timesheet moves from the unprocessed to paid timesheets, you will receive a push notification to let you know to expect the payment into your account soon. The timesheet will then move from the unprocessed status to the paid status..
My Recruiters:
You can find the details for the recruitment companies you are registered with from nGAGE Group in this section. You can select your preferences for how we contact you – Email/Phone/Text. You can also send an email to request your consultant to call you by selecting the “@ Request a Call” button and typing in the pop up box, you can get our phone number by selecting the “Call Us” button, or you can send an email by selecting “Email Us”.
I’m not receiving emails
When you tick a contact preference, please make sure you select the save button in the top right corner.
I’m receiving too many emails, how do I turn these off?
Under the “My Recruiters” section, untick the email button, and press Save in the top right corner.
Time Portal:
Select this, and it will take you to your Time Portal login page for you to submit your timesheets.
I don’t have logins to the time portal?
It may be that you submit your timesheets via a VMS portal and not directly to us. If this is the case, don’t worry about the time portal. If you think you should be submitting your timesheets direct online then ask your consultant for logins
The time portal isn’t opening/ won’t login
Contact your consultant who will be able to update you on any current issues with the time portal or give you instructions on how to reset your password.
