Job Title: Mobile Plasterer (Multi-Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance
• Perform general multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting as needed.
• Respond to service requests and planned maintenance tasks in social housing properties across South London.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Complete accurate paperwork and digital records of work completed, including materials used, time spent, and any follow-up actions.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Carry out risk assessments and health & safety checks for each job.
