Maintenance Surveyor - West Yorkshire

Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation who are looking for an interim Maintenance Surveyor to join their responsive repair team. You will ensure that all properties are maintained.

Your new role as Maintenance Surveyor:

As the Maintenance Surveyor you will ensure that the managed properties are maintained to the highest standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and ensure staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies and property owners are provided with a high standard of service.

The Experience Required:

Experience working in a Social Housing organisation, working in a maintenance field, good knowledge of structural issues and general building across all trades and good IT skills.
