Stock Condition Surveyor - West Yorkshire

Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation who are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. You will play a pivotal role in gathering and validating data concerning assets through stock condition surveys.

Your new role as Stock Condition Surveyor:

As the Stock Condition Surveyor you will conduct detailed surveys and assessments of social housing properties, identifying defects and potential hazards, and assessing the remaining lifespan of key components. You will also be involved in compliance assessments and stock adaptations as and when required.

The Experience Required:

Experience working in a Social Housing organisation, undertaking stock condition and compliance. Possess good technical ability and be able to provide technical advice on a wide range of maintenance and repair issues.
