Repairs Surveyor - West Yorkshire

Resourcing Group are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation who are looking for an interim Repairs Surveyor and ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard through diagnosis, specification and management of repairs and maintenance works.

Your new role as Repairs Surveyor:

As the Repairs Surveyor you will support the delivery of a cost effective, customer-focused repairs service, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term asset sustainability. You will be responsible for conducting inspections of properties, carry out post-inspections to validate completed works and identify and report health and safety hazards such as damp/mould and fire risks.

The Experience Required:

Experience working in a Social Housing organisation, working in maintenance, strong technical knowledge, ability to write clear specifications and excellent communication skills.
